All NYCIntern apartments come equipped with high-speed internet via cable modems and a wireless router.The Brooklyn Heights apartments have building-wide wifi. Purchase of ethernet cables for use with router is the responsibility of the tenant
If you live in any of our residences, before submitting an internet-related maintenance request, please do the following:
1. Unplug your router and modem. Wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
2. Do not perform a reset of the router and modem. If you do, the network and login information will be set back to the factory settings and you will no longer be able to access the internet.
Please be aware that NYCIntern strives to provide quality modems and routers and some internet concerns might by related to the internet service provider.
