Located in the historic southern tip of lower Manhattan, our Financial District apartments are just a five minute walk away from the 2/3, 4/5, N/R, and J/Z subway lines.
There are three different apartment layouts: Studio, Studio, Office, and One Bedroom. Each layout features a full private bathroom and full kitchen stocked with basic kitchenware. These units are available only for the summer terms.
Rooms include the following furniture and amenities: 4 Extra-Long Twin Beds, 4 Desks, 4 Chairs, 4 Dressers, 1 couch, Closet Space, and Verizon FiOS Wi-Fi. Triple rooms include the following furniture and amenities: 3 Extra-Long Twin Beds, 3 Desks, 3 Chairs, 3 Dressers, 1 Couch, Closet Space, and Verizon FiOS Wi-Fi.
Located just across the river from lower Manhattan, our Clark Street Residence is settled in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights, which was ranked the 6th most livable neighborhood by New York Magazine. The building features a finished rooftop with beautiful NYC skyline views, and a three minute walk from the 2/3 subway line.
Times Square: 25 minutes via the Red Subway Line.
Midtown: 24 minutes via the Red Subway Line.
Financial District: 16 minutes via the Red Subway Line.
This residence offers studio double apartments (two students per apartment) with a full private bathroom and full kitchen stocked with basic kitchenware. The following furniture and amenities are provided: 2 Regular Twin Beds, 2 Desks, 2 Chairs, 2 Closets, 1 Lounge Chair, 1 Wall-mounted Flat Screen TV, and Cable TV.
Herald Square, New York, NY 10001
Located in Manhattan’s Herald Square, our midtown apartments are within a seven minute walk of the 1/2/3, 4/5/6, A/C/E, B/D/F/M, and N/Q/R subway lines, PATH Train, NJ Transit, LIRR, and MetroNorth trains at Penn Station and Grand Central Station.
Building amenities include a finished roof with beautiful views of the surrounding areas.
Each one bedroom apartment houses three students and includes a full private bathroom and full kitchen stocked with basic kitchenware. The following furniture and amenities are provided: 3 Extra-Long Twin Beds, 3 Desks, 3 Chairs, 3 Dressers, 1 Couch, 1 Kitchen Table, 2 Floor Lamps, and Closet Space.

Summer 2015 Term
Our Summer housing is available in three terms:
Term A: May 23rd – August 1st.
Term B: May 30th – August 8th.
Extended Term: May 23rd – August 8th. (additional $500)
Full payment is due upfront. Since we are past our first payment deadline, if you submit your application now, you will be asked to send in your full payment as soon as possible to reserve a spot.
Fall 2015 Term
We are still in the process of determining the rates and dates for the Fall 2015 Term. If we have availability for fall 2015, it will only be for Brooklyn Heights. If you sign up for our email updates list here, then you’ll be the first to know when we open applications for the fall.
Payment plans are available for the Spring and Fall terms. In a payment plan, half of the full term fee is required upfront after your application is accepted. Monthly payments may be divided from there. Payment plans are not available for the Summer terms. Rather, the full term payment is due by April 15th. Please speak with an NYCIntern representative for more details.
At the time you send in your application, you will be required to pay a $150 administrative/maintenance fee. This fee is non-refundable and is not deducted from the cost of rent.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Application fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be given if you cancel on or after the first day of your contract. The Intern may request cancellation of the contract at any time. However, all fees paid and due on the contract are subject to forfeiture. Requests for cancellation must be submitted by either letter or email.
The college reserves the right to remove a student from housing at any time. In cases involving involuntary removal from housing, the intern may forfeit all fees paid. The College further reserves the right to deny housing to Interns who fail to meet the terms and conditions as outlined herein or who fail to abide by all policies and procedures as listed in the NYCIntern Handbook and other official directives as issued by the NYCIntern Program of The King’s College. Upon expiration or approved cancellation of this contract under any of the above provisions, NYCIntern Program of The King’s College shall have the right to re-enter the premises and remove the Intern’s property there from. The Intern expressly waives the service of any notice to re-enter, notice to terminate the tenancy, notice to quit or demand for possession. Breach by the intern of any of the duties established by this contract authorizes the use of any remedy available in law. (You can also find this in the housing contract).
