We are offering two options depending upon the number of roommates you desire. Each apartment contains one bedroom, which will be shared by three or four persons.

If you have friends that are also applying for NYCIntern housing, we will do our best to place you with them if you specify their names in your application. However, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned together.

Payment Deadlines Spring 2009 - First payment of $500 refundable security deposit + 50% housing fee + optional gym membership fee due November 1, 2008. Second payment of remaining 50% of housing fee due December 1, 2008.
Summer 2009 - Payment due in full at time of application. Payment includes $500 refundable security deposit + housing fee + $50 non-refundable application fee + optional gym membership fee.
