*Two-Semester Lease Payment Plans
Payment for a two-semester lease may be made in two payments of half the total amount, due by Aug. 1 and Dec. 1 respectively. If payment is not received by the deadline, the intern will be charged full price for the semester.

Roommate Requests
If you have a friend applying to NYCIntern with whom you would like to share a double room or an apartment, we will do our best to place you together if you each list the other as a requested roommate on your applications. However, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned together.

Application Fee and Security Deposit
At the time you apply, you will be required to pay a $50 application fee and a $500 housing deposit. The application fee is non-refundable, but the security deposit will be refunded minus any damage or cleaning charges at the end of the housing term.

Cancellation Policy
