Ludlow Residence
The Ludlow Residence Hall is furnished with a bed,
desk, dresser, desk chair, a
microwave/refrigerators, and shared bathrooms.
Both single and double rooms are available. The
building includes FREE laundry facilities,
communal kitchen, 24 hour security, common room
with a pool table, and an outdoor terrace. The
building is only one block from the F train in
lower Manhattan.
Apartments
NYC Intern has a portfolio of one-bedroom
apartments available for your time in New York
City. To be considered for this program, you must
be a graduate or undergraduate student employed as
an intern in the city.
Each apartment has one bedroom which will
accommodate housing for up to four student
interns. The bedroom is furnished with twin-sized
adult bunk beds, and includes ample closet space.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are
full-sized. Each apartment comes fully-furnished –
all you need to provide are your bedding and
bathroom linens.
NYC Intern apartments are located near the center
of midtown Manhattan at 34th Street and 6th
Avenue, near Macy's and Herald Square. This luxury
apartment building includes full-time security and
concierge services, laundry facilities, dry
cleaning services and more. The location
provides convenient access to all parts of New
York City. The apartments have hard wood floors,
private bathrooms and air conditioning, which is
no small matter during a New York summer!
Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, and
microwave oven. Other furnishings include couches,
dishes, cookware, rugs, desks, dining table,
chairs, beds, and dressers. Since most people use
mobile phones, we do not provide phone service in
the apartments. However, apartments do have basic
cable and Internet access. Should you desire to
use a wireless modem, you may purchase one on your
own.
Interns can also pay an additional fee for a gym
membership.
