Cancel after July 15th, 2010 and on or before July 23rd, 2010 to receive a full refund minus the $550 application fee/housing deposit.
Cancel after July 23rd, 2010 and on or before August 8th, 2010 to receive a full refund minus the $550 application fee/housing deposit and minus a $1,000 cancellation fee.
Cancel after August 8th, 2010 and before the first day of your contract to receive a full refund minus the $550 application fee/housing deposit and minus a $2,000 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the start of the contract are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation must be received by letter, fax, or email.
