| Cancel before December 9, and there will be no charge. After December 26, you will receive a full refund minus a $1000 cancellation fee.

| Cancel before April 1 for a full refund minus the $50 application fee. |

| Cancel on or after April 1 for a refund of all housing fees paid, minus the $550 deposit and application fee. |

| Cancel on or after April 23 for a refund of all housing fees paid, minus the $550 deposit and application fee, minus $1000 penalty. |

| Cancel on or after May 14 for a refund of all housing fees paid, minus the $550 deposit and application fee, minus $2000 penalty. |
