Complete the online application and pay the
$50 application fee.
Step 2:
NYC Intern will process and review your
application. We will respond to you with a
confirmation of apartment availability, an
intern housing contract, and a billing
statement. The first payment includes 50% of
the lease term amount, a $500 security
deposit, and payment for any requested
services.
Payment is due according to the deadlines
listed in
Rates.
Step 3:
Upon receipt of your contract and first
payment, NYC Intern will reserve your space in
the intern housing.
Step 4:
The remaining 50% will be due according to the
payment deadlines on the
Rates page.
