For the comfort and convenience of our NYCInterns, we offer the following optional services at an additional cost:

Room Cleaning
Weekly apartment cleaning is available for $650 for the semester. The charge for this service is billed once per room, typically to the first person who requests it for any given room. Roommates can split the cost of the cleaning amongst themselves. We do not split the cost for interns as part of our standard procedure. The weekly cleaning service includes: bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, emptying of trash cans, sweeping and vacuuming, and dusting. The total cost is due in full with the first payment.

Gym Memberships
During the duration of their housing term, NYCInterns are eligible for gym memberships at New York Health and Racquet Club at 23rd Street and 6th Avenue. The gym has free and machine weights, cardio machines, and over 600 classes each week. Memberships are available for $250 for the semester and the total cost for this is due in full with the first payment.
