  Room Repair and Maintenance Emergencies

 

  • Call the building concierge for emergencies (toilet overflowing, busted pipe) using the intercom in your apartment to reach them immediately. Then complete this request form to notify us. Us the comment section to advise us that you've already reported this item to the building.

  • For other Room Repair requests, please do not call the NYCIntern staff number, Sharon Denney or Duanne Moeller. Use the request form below to submit your repair request. These will be read and acted upon daily. Use this also for internet cable questions.

  • INTERNET and CABLE Questions: In an effort to pre-empt inquiries about your internet connections, here is some basic information:

All apartments come equipped with high-speed internet via cable modems and a 10 Base T router. Purchase of CAT5 for use with the router or of a wireless router is the responsibility of the tenant.

All apartments are equipped with basic cable television. Additional channels or services cannot be provided for NYCIntern students. Some apartments will have a television due to prior students leaving TVs for their use next year. The provision of TVs is not part of the NYCIntern program.
